Just like you would hire a coach or trainer if you wanted to take your athletic performance to the next level, sometimes it's helpful to learn new tools from a relationship coach. Unlike therapy where we would dig into historical influences and wounds, in couples coaching we'll use a more directive approach while on-boarding new tools and techniques to help the two of you communicate and better resolve conflicts. I'll call you out on your bullsh*t and lovingly help you course-correct to create the safe, satisfying relationship you both deserve, because coaching is wayyyy cheaper than divorce!
